A friendship that began more than 50 years ago is one of the reasons Three Point Alliance consistently exceeds customers’ expectations for expertise, quality and service.

Three Point Alliance Presidents Rich Daidone and Norm Grunberg first met in 1957 in the Kindergarten class of P.S. 139 in Brooklyn, N.Y. They quickly became best friends. As they grew up, they attended the same schools, played on the same tennis team and became more like brothers than friends. They both called Rich’s father “Dad.”

Though they attended different colleges, Norm and Rich stayed in contact and even worked for the same company for several years after graduation. They were best men at each other’s weddings, and each named the other as guardian of his children in the event of a tragedy.

As their careers evolved, the two realized that their close friendship, shared commitment to excellence and absolute trust of one another would make them ideal business partners. And so Three Point Alliance was born.

Today, trust is a distinguishing characteristic of the organization Rich and Norm created. They trust one another’s honesty, judgment and creativity. They trust their employees to excel and to bend over backwards for customers. And they work hard every day to earn and maintain the trust of their valued clients.

Businesses that put their trust in Three Point Alliance discover a new level of personalized, high-quality service. When a client has a challenge, the synergy between the two produces a sound solution. When a problem arises, Norm and Rich are there to personally ensure a quick resolution.
